Walled Lake United's James Moore caps his high school career with Top 5 finish at state finals
Walled Lake United wrestler James Moore battled to a spot on the podium at the MHSAA Division 1 Individual State Championships on Saturday at Ford Field.
Moore kicked off the state meet with a bang earning back-to-back falls to lock up his spot in the state semifinals. That is when he ran into top-seed Caden Krueger from Detroit Catholic Central, who went on to win the 190 lbs. Division state title. Moore finished fourth overall claiming All-State honors for the second-straight year.
